You can take the Joondalup line on the Perth Underground Station Platform 1 to Warwick Station Platform 2. From here, you can take bus 423 to the West Coast Dr. Hillarys Boat Harbour. The aquarium is 750 meters from here.
AQWA is around 21 km from the Perth city center. If you want to avoid public transport, you can book a taxi or cab to the aquarium as well.
